6/19/2010 - Made the decision to stop infertility treatments and focus on adopting from Ethiopia.

6/21/2010 - Received information packet from Gladney.

6/23/2010 - Mailed in Adoption Information sheet to Gladney.

6/30/2010 - Phone interview with Gladney!

7/1/2010 - Paid our Application Fee and faxed in Gladney Center for Adoption Request for International Adoption Application!

7/13/2010 - FBI Fingerprinting today! Preliminary meeting with a Home Study Company.

7/20/2010 - Eric's appointment for physical

7/22/2010 - Meghan's appointment for physical

7/22/2010 - Received FBI Clearance Letter today! Only took a week!

7/29/2010 - First Home Study visit

8/2/2010 - Received our PASSPORTS!

8/3/2010 - Meghan begins Hague Training

8/9/2010 - Meghan FINISHED 8 hours Hague Training

8/9/2010 - Mailed a could chunk of the Foreign Dossier to KBS Services for Authentication!

8/23/2010 - Mailed group 1 & 2 paperwork to Gladney!

8/25/2010 - Eric FINISHED 8 hours Hague Training

8/26/2010 - Home-study and Sanitation Inspection appointment - PASSED

9/8/2010 - Fire Inspection - PASSSED

9/20/2010 - Turned in completed home-study for Gladney approval!

10/5/2010 - Received 3 notarized copies of our Home study!

10/6/2010 - Mailed our I600A application to the USCIS!

10/6/2010 - Mailed a notarized copy of our Home Study to KBS!

10/14/2010 - GLADNEY APPROVED!!!!!!!!!

10/19/2010 - Received our I-797C (Notice Action) receipt for I600A --- Fingerprints at USCIS are next!!

11/16/2010 - Date for USCIS Fingerprints! DONE

11/22/2010 - CIS Letter arrives and is overnighted to KBS Dossier!

12/2/10 - Dossier on it's way to DC!

12/2/10 - OFFICIALLY ON THE WAIT LIST!!!

12/14/10 - The Eagle (or Dossier) has landed in Addis Ababa!

1/1/2012 - Went on hold with Gladney as we were set to adopt an infant domestically.

1/20/12 - Birthmother changes her mind

4/9/12 - 2nd failed domestic adoption

7/2012 - Made the decision to leave Gladney

7/2012 - Decided to use IFS for an Ethiopian adoption

10/30/2012- REFERRAL!!
